Needed swimming pool.

The guest rooms at Roomo Praia De Boa Viagem were just perfect for a solo traveler like me. They were immaculate and had all the modern conveniences like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and a cozy dinner table. I felt right at home!

I personally didn't find the smoke-free aspect of the guestrooms to be a positive feature. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still appreciate it.

The apartment was new and stylish, I loved its family atmosphere and location so close to Recife, and beach. Staff was welcoming and wonderful, assisted me with everything. Bathroom included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with their excellent customer service agents who provided assistance when needed. the restaurant VERT ESPETARIA offered delicious Brazilian cuisine, satisfying my appetite during lunch and dinner. The smoke-free hotel features an outdoor pool, a restaurant, and a fitness center, providing a range of amenities for a comfortable stay.

Limited amenities and supplies.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - spacious, brand new rooms with all the amenities you need including a small kitchen and living room. The location was also very convenient, close to a supermarket and the beach. But what really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could be improved by adding more variety to the options.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing - so helpful and friendly! They were sympathetic to our comments and made us feel valued as guests. The manager was dismissive of feedback, but that didn't ruin our experience. The location wasn't the best, but it was close to the beach, which was a plus. The room on the 24th floor had a jaw-dropping view and the breakfast in the morning was mind-blowing. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding. The staff spoke perfect English and the prices at the restaurant were super reasonable. we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city!

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference space. It would have been beneficial to have a designated area where I could conduct meetings or collaborate with colleagues in a professional setting.
